Shipping and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order at all, please reach out to us so we can resolve it. 

Processing Time


Our processing time for yard art is 2 to 5 business days. Most orders will ship early. However, some of our birds are made to order and can take the entire processing time but will ship within 5 business days at the latest. 
In cases where you require a last-minute gift or need an item delivered by a certain date for a special occasion, please contact us and we will expedite processing and provide expedited shipping options if needed.

Custom orders may require a longer processing time depending on the complexity of the order and design time. Processing time will be determined after the initial planning phase and a drawing has been approved.

Shipping


For order shipping, we rely on USPS Ground Advantage, which includes comprehensive tracking information and insurance coverage. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Packages typically arrive within 2 to 5 days of the shipping date. We typically have free shipping on our yard art orders. However, there may be a shipping fee for some custom yard art depending on the size and weight. 


Returns and Exchanges


We have a 30 day return period on yard art. If you need to make a return, ship your item with order information to:

Be sure to get a tracking number for your package and keep it in a safe place until you see your refund issued to your method of payment. Returned product must be received back in original condition to receive a full refund. 
Shipping for exchanges is free. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2 to 5 days of receipt of returned package.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. 

Custom Orders

Custom orders often require a longer processing time because they require a planning phase, drawing phase and sometimes multiple revisions. Because custom orders are one of a kind, once a drawing has been approved by the customer and payment is received, we do not do refunds, returns or exchanges in most cases. Also, once a drawing or plan has been approved and work started no changes can be made to the design.  Some custom orders may require a shipping fee based on the size of the order.

Damaged or lost Orders


While it is rare, sometimes packages are damaged or lost in in transit. If this occurs, please let us know and we will investigate.
