Roman Metalworks takes every precaution to ensure our items are safe. However, our artwork is made from metal and may have sharp edges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read these terms and understand our items could have sharp edges and take necessary precaution in handling. It is the purchaser's responsibility to handle any items received from Roman Metalworks with care and to relay these same safe handling instructions to anyone they allow to handle our artwork, including gift recipients. Our artwork is not a toy. Do not allow children or pets to play with this artwork. It is intended for yard art / outdoor decor only and no other use. It is the responsibility of the purchasers to ensure it is mounted it in a safe area away from areas frequented by curious children and/or pets, and in a such a manner to avoid accidental contact. Roman Metalworks, any employees of Roman Metalworks or any affiliates of Roman Metalworks are not responsible for any kind of damages, damage to property or injuries of any kind once in the possession of the customer. Roman Metalwork's complete and total liability for any loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with the sale of goods from our company shall be limited to the price of the goods. We are not responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damage.

Any artwork purchased from Roman Metalworks becomes the property and responsibility of the purchaser the moment it is handed over to the shipper.

Roman Metalworks is not responsible for inaccurate pricing or computer errors that may occur on our website. We do not have to honor any incorrect pricing. In the event a price is incorrect, the order will be cancelled, the price adjusted to the correct price and the customer can reorder the item.

We make every effort to take high quality, accurate photos that showcase our products realistically and with true to life colors. However, due to the color settings on your computer, the color of our product once received may vary from what you see on your computer screen based on your personal computer settings. Roman Metalworks is not responsible for any variation in color that may arise due to differences in computer settings.

Processing times and delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed. We make every effort to process orders and have them delivered in a timely manner. We strive for them to be delivered earlier than is expected. We are not responsible for any damage or loss by the shipper. Any and all issues, disputes or controversies shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, You agree that the state and/or federal courts in the town of Rocky Mount, Virginia shall be the exclusive forum and situs for any and all disputes.
